July 2015 – day out in Le Mans
Just eight members plus guests got together for a day out in the old mediæval centre of Le Mans on Saturday 11 July.
Three activities –
- a ride on The Little Train through the narrow streets of the Plantagenet City to see all the tourist attractions
- lunch at “ Restaurant Aux Cocottes Sarthoises ” sitting in the square overlooking the town hall, watching the wedding parties come and go.
- a visit to the Queen Bérengère Museum. (Le Musée Reine Bérengère)
