Monthly teas in Mayenne
These teas are open to all, members and non-members* alike.
All dates are subject to current Government and Local Authority restrictions regarding Coronavirus Covid-19 and subject to change or cancellation.
When the EuroMayenne Association was founded in 1991, the monthly afternoon tea was often the first introduction that people had to the Association.
It still provides the ideal opportunity for a get together over a nice English cup of tea (or coffee!) and biscuits, to chat together and extend ones circle of friends beyond the immediate area in which you live.
- We have a book exchange, all free of charge, largely in English but a growing number of French titles.
This book section is organised by our Reading Group. - As well as books there are DVDs and jigsaws to exchange. Please bring along any of your DVDs or jigsaws that you think other members might enjoy. [Please be prepared not to have your DVDs or jigsaws back again for some time.]
- There is no cost for the refreshments provided, but a box is displayed for voluntary contributions should you wish to do so.
- Teas are held on the first Thursday of each month from 3.30 p.m. until about 4.30 p.m.
- There are usually between 10 and 20 attending. Also there is usually a member of the Executive Committee present to assist with those wishing to join.

There is a large car park at la Visitation in Mayenne. To enter the building, please ring the EuroMayenne bell and the door will be opened for you.
