What

We have planned a visit to a lycée in Laval, where students study bakery, patisserie, hotel management and run their own baker's shop and mini-hotel !

We offer members a varied programme during the morning, ending with a lunch together prepared and served by the students.

09h15      Meet at the Lycée Entrance

09h30      Breakfast (viennoiserie /coffee) offered by the Lycée

10h00      Guided tour of the Bakery/Patisserie/ Shop & Hotel

11h00      English conversation groups with students

12h00      Lunch in the restaurant

Lunch menu:

 Nem de légumes

 Wok de poulet aux petits légumes croquants, nouilles chinoises

 Salade d’orange menthe et cannelle

 Croquette chocolat et noix de coco

…… including apéro, wine & coffee

Due to space restrictions this visit is limited to 20 members, so do not lose time in booking your place !
