June 2022 – Mont-St-Michel
Despite a disappointing attendance (only 12) – members enjoyed a guided walking tour across the bay to Mont-St-Michel to enjoy a group picnic. Time was available to those who wished to explore the streets before joining a coach to return to the starting point.
Some photos have been provide by Paul Punchard and Ian Meadowcroft who have both given permission for them to be shared.

Visit to Mont-St-Michel
Guided Walk across the Bay

Reservations before Saturday 11 June 2022
We are meeting at the car park in Bec d’Andaine (50530) – please allow time to pay for your parking and organise yourselves. We will depart from the Tour office with our French guide.
The guided walk across the bay is barefoot but if footwear has to be worn, please make sure it is snug fitting.
Dogs are welcome on the walk across the bay, but unfortunately not allowed on the return bus.
After arriving at Mont-St-Michel you will be free to visit and enjoy your picnic. There are washing facilities available via a cold water tap!
The return journey to the car park is approx 50 minutes and will be by coach.
