February 2014 – Gorron Shoe Factory visit
About 40 members – with a better mix of Anglophones and Francophones than has often been the case – enjoyed a guided tour of the major French shoe manufacturer Stéphane Gontard in Gorron on Friday 14 Feburary.
The visit was preceded by lunch at the nearby Restaurant de la Colmont.
And it being Valentine’s Day, each of the ladies was delighted to be presented with a rose.
