A Description of the Day:
You are invited to join us on Saturday morning, 21st March 2026 in LANDIVY, located in the heart of the Mayenne countryside, i.e. in the far north-west of the Mayenne department. There we will have the privilege of meeting Mme Emmanuelle ROZE, who founded the company and who will guide us as we discover a vegetable unlike any other: the MUSHROOM.
For your own information, ‘LOU’ mushrooms are grown specifically at three different sites in France, namely:
● POILLEY (35) at the gateway to Brittany;
● LANDIVY (53) in the Mayenne itself;
● CHASPUZAC (43) at the foot of the Auvergne volcanoes.
No need to say more! We’ll leave that to Mme ROZE!
Please feel free to show your interest by asking questions during the visit.
After such an eventful morning, we shall head to FOUGEROLLES DU PLESSIS where we will have lunch at the ‘LION D’OR’, a place which some of you may already be familiar with!
