A description of the day:
- Through a guided tour of La Coutellerie du Maine-Anjou, we will discover the world of artisanal cutlery. From the heat treatment of blades to assembly of handles carved from wood and other materials, Antoine Faucheux will share with us his love of cutlery and introduce us to his craft!
- After the tour we will meet in a nearby restaurant to enjoy a meal together.
